With a workforce of over 400 people and an operational fleet for over 100 vehicles; the business operates 6 MRFs (Material Recycling Facility) in the region with more in development. The goal is to continuously provide innovative, great value, environmentally friendly and reliable waste recycling solutions.
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis to join our Skips team in our head office in Wallsend.
Details: 42.5 hours per week
Based at our Wallsend site the successful candidate will be part of a very busy team managing both administration activities and phone calls. In addition the successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, with an ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high levels of accuracy are essential.
- Deal with queries and complaints effectively and empathetically
- Work within service level agreements
- Complete complex administration activities with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with other departments to find effective solutions
NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service is desirable.
